I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, and the jacuzzi in the room was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. However, there was a big hole in the door that had been patched with unsightly plaster. The furniture was also a bit worn with chips and scratches. On the bright side, the location right across the street from the springs was perfect, and the rooms were equipped with mini-fridges and microwaves.

The rooms were nice and clean with great beds, but there were some maintenance issues like the hole in the door and worn furniture.
Service

The service was excellent! The staff were accommodating and really helpful, especially with setting up our Memorial Day trip. They made sure to take down all our details for the owner as well.
Location

The location was excellent, hidden behind the river and right across from the hot pools. Plus, it's just a short walk to the freshest food in town at Riverwalk Thai.

This hotel is a gem in terms of location, with access to hot pools and a river entrance nearby. The service was top-notch, and the friendly staff made our stay quite pleasant. However, the room with a jacuzzi tub was a bit on the pricier side at $100 per night, and the dining experience, including smoked guinea fowl, could use some improvement.

The room with a jacuzzi tub was a luxurious touch but came at a higher price point of $100 per night.

The hotel is perfectly situated right across the street from the springs, offering a fairly large room that, although a little dated, was in need of upgrades. The furniture was chipped and scratched, and the room booked for a river view did not deliver as promised.
